Welcome to Second Grade!
I am Lisa Rupple and I am excited to partner with you and your child this year. This marks my 27th year as a member of the CCA family and my 12th year teaching second grade. Throughout my time with our amazing school, I’ve also served as the librarian, an instructional aide, and taught fifth grade.
My connection to CCA runs deep—my husband and I have three grown children who are all CCA alumni, and two of our three granddaughters are currently CCA students! Outside of the classroom, I love curling up with a good book, baking chocolaty treats, crafting, and making memories with my family.
In our classroom, we are a team and a family. I believe that community, kindness, and mutual respect are the building blocks of a successful school year. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where every second grader feels valued, grows in self-confidence, and develops a lifelong love for learning. I look forward to another fantastic year filled with growth, discovery, and shared adventures!
