Letter From Administration

Happy Friday, CCA Families!

From snow to sunshine, and the next few days are going to be stunning! Speaking of stunning, this year’s Weld Central High School graduating class looked amazing as they walked through Cardinal Country in their graduation regalia on Thursday morning. We were blessed to see our very own CCA alumni: Cydni, Audrey, Ashlee, Courtney, Charles, Tayven, Cody, Anahi, Aubree, and Vivian (see this week's Spotlight below). Congratulations, Class of 2026! We would also like to give a shout-out to the district and to Mr. Ng, WCHS Principal, for implementing this meaningful event. It truly leaves a lasting impression as it reminds us just how precious time is. Yes, our time for this school year is quickly ending, and soon we will be able to say, "Well done, Cardinals!"

A few exciting occasions are still on the horizon, including our end-of-year field trips for each class. We would also like to highlight our 3rd–8th Grade Spring Music Program, which will take place next Wednesday, May 13, at 2:45 p.m. in the gym. Please mark your calendars—we look forward to seeing you there!

Finally, we are excited for our Last Day of School event, which is always a joyous celebration. We are finalizing the day’s activities and will share the schedule soon.

We wish you a sunshine-filled weekend with plenty of time to enjoy family and friends. Let the summertime fun begin!

Weld Central High School Seniors walked through the CCA halls Thursday morning. Ten of CCA's alumni were among those students. If you see any of them around, be sure to wish them Congratulations!

Melting Like Snow

Wednesday morning we welcomed some freshly fallen snow. Some students tried their hardest to build a snowman before the ground soaked it up. He's a bit muddy, but they accomplished their mission. Way to go kiddos!
