Letter From Administration

Happy Friday, CCA Families!

We are inching closer to the end of the school year, and yes—summer is in sight! Our students have remained resilient during our end-of-year assessments, and NWEA & DIBELS are nearly complete. Therefore, please extend a “well done” when you see our incredible students! This part of the year is extremely busy, so we will continue to communicate our upcoming events.

We do want to thank our Board of Directors and PTO for their continued support and for the delicious food they provided in celebration of Staff/Teacher Appreciation Week. The food was scrumptious and helped sustain the energy needed over the past week. Our 6th graders returned from their Outdoor Education field trip, and next are our 8th graders, who will travel to Miami, Florida, next week. We also have many other end-of-year field trips and festivities right around the corner, with the culminating event being our last day of school.

The last bit of information to share is, we do have some staff transitions next year. That information is listed below. May you have a blessed weekend!

Message from Mr. Archuleta,

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for an incredible four years in my educational journey. As the Lord has graciously opened new doors for me, bringing me closer to home and, most importantly, closer to my family, I reflect on my time at CCA with profound appreciation and joy. The experiences and growth I have encountered here can only be described as a true blessing from God.

Being part of the CCA family has allowed me to learn and grow alongside some of the most passionate, caring, and dedicated individuals this side of the Mississippi. Every day spent with you has been a gift, filled with wisdom, encouragement, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. While I wish I could name each of you and recount the countless ways you have impacted my life, I am overwhelmed by the generosity, mentorship, and inspiration I have received. These gifts will remain with me forever, treasured close to my heart.

To the extraordinary staff, supportive parents, and amazing students: thank you for making these four years truly remarkable. This has been an unforgettable journey, a journey filled with memories and lessons that I will cherish always.

Be blessed, and God’s speed!

With deepest appreciation and love,
Jerry Archuleta

From the Board

Happy Friday CCA!

We have a lot going on at the school in the final few weeks of the year. If you get time tonight, stop by the We Care Parking Lot Palooza at Weld Central High School! 6th grade just got back from their Outdoor Ed adventure, 8th grade will be leaving for their class trip on Monday, we have various end of year field trips, and we are wrapping up Teacher Appreciation week today (thank you PTO). The district art show also ends tonight, so swing by the Hudson Library if you haven't gotten a chance to yet.

The board has two major events coming up. 1st, please join us to host our Director candidates on May 5th at 6:30 p.m. to ask questions of the candidates and to meet them in person. 2nd, we are continuing to move forward with our plans to be included in a potential Bond measure this fall to help fund a new classroom building for our school. Please join us on May 13th, after our Spring Program to get more information and to ask us any questions you may have. We hope to see you at both events.

Thank you,

CCA BoD
