Weekly Ag Update - April 13, 2026
Ag Weekly Reminders:
- Parents - I want to address potential grumblings by students this week. Students have had a sub a handful of times over the course of the academic year. Subs have reported back that students do not remain on task, are disrepectful, and interfere with others and their learning during the class period. This behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Students received a warning for this behavior in the fall and as of this week, will remain in assigned seats until the end of the school year with additional rules for our classroom. If you have questions or concerns about this behavior or rules, please reach out to myself.
- It is a privilege to be in the Outdoor Classroom and the Agricultural classroom. We are blessed with community partners, mentors, and donators who invest heavily in our program and the future of agriculture. We are able to engage in numerous hands-on, real-world applicable activities and projects that other clubs, groups, and electives do not get to participate in. If we cannot handle our behaviors and respect our educators, these opportunities will become fewer and farther between. I will not reward or tolerate inappropriate behavior and disrespect in my classroom or the halls of CCA.
- Missing Assignment: Most students are missing the Livestock Breeds Investigation PPT. This assignment is located on Google Classroom and students were responsible for completing in class on Wednesday, March 25. Students need to have this assignment turned in by Tuesday or it will be a zero.
- Painting: Students will be painting piggy banks on Wednesday. Students should be mindful and dress accordingly in case paint gets on their clothes.
