What’s Happening in 3rd?
Overview |
|
Good morning, Last week was kind of a whirlwind! We ended up saying “see you later” to a beloved classmate. We will be welcoming a new student tomorrow. We also dissected sheep eyes and got to see all the parts of the eye. Sheep eyes are very similar to human eyes. This week we are finishing and presenting our artifact boxes. Students should be all ready to go by Friday. We are also assessing our math and CKLA units this week. This year CCA is celebrating the top performers in each class, both in character and academics. This Friday Easton and Cassie get to go to the Air Force Academy with the other top performers from the school. (They will present their boxes next week, if they don’t get back in time). Next week is National School Choice week, which will have some spirit dress up days. Keep an eye out for that! |

Next we will learn about space!

RIGGS: Tuesday orthographic test (50 word test), Wednesday phonograms, and Thursday test 143.
